China PSA all-in-one oxygen generator system from the manufacturer uses clean compressed air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) as adsorbent, to produce oxygen gas with Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology at an average temperature.

1. System Composition of All-in-One Oxygen Generator System

1) Air compressor: electric drive or generator drive, air cooled screw air compressor.
2) Air purification system: with air buffer tank, air dryer, filters, etc.
3) PSA oxygen generator: with adsorption towers, control system, etc.
4) Oxygen booster: can rise oxygen pressure up to 200Bar.
5) Cylinder refilling system (optional): with manifold and oxygen cylinders.
ZMS is a round granular adsorbent full of micropores inside and outside, which has the characteristic of selective adsorption. N2 has a higher diffusion rate while O2 has a lower, therefore N2 is adsorbed into ZMS while O2 is out of it. By controlling the on/off state of the pneumatic valves by PLC, adsorbing under pressure and regenerating without pressure, to separate nitrogen and oxygen gas, and create a continuous flow of oxygen with required purity.

Air Compression and Cooling Unit

This section provides compressed air, cools down the compressed hot air, and can automatically discharge condensate.

Pre-treatment unit

This part mainly consists of pre-filter, suction dryer and post-filter, which can remove oil-water mixture, impurities and water from compressed air, so that the particles in clean compressed air do not exceed 0.01 micron, the oil content is reduced to 0.01mg/m3 and the dew point reaches -40℃.

Oxygen generator unit

This unit relies on the principle of PSA oxygen production to separate the oxygen in the air, and the concentration can reach 93%±3%.

Electrical control unit

The control section is divided into two parts: PLC control system and microcontroller control system. The PLC control system provides the power required by each part of the equipment and controls the operation of the angle-seat valve of the oxygen generator, in which the operation of the suction dryer is controlled by the microcontroller part.

Detection unit

This unit mainly includes dew point detector, oxygen meter and flow meter. It can monitor the working status of the oxygen generator in real time.
