Adsorption Air Dryer

Adsorption dryers use compressed air to remove water, dirt, oil, and other non-solvents from liquids. Unlike other types of air dryers, adsorption dryers have an internal container that collects the liquid and then discharges it through a nozzle to remove the solvents. Since the liquid remains inside the unit for extended periods, there is no need for any additional electricity to run it.

Product Description

Air Dryer

Introduction

high-quality Adsorption air dryers from China factories are made from compressed air containers filled with desiccant.

Desiccant is a compound made up of a pinch of salt and water. It’s used to absorb moisture from the air and then push it all through the container, drying up, or absorbing, whatever you want it to dry up too.

Desiccants come in several different forms. They can be solid in a bag, or liquid in an aerosol can, or powder in a powder form (often known as “dry ice”). You can also use something like baking soda or vinegar (not actual baking soda but sodium bicarbonate) to absorb moisture. Desiccants work by absorbing water and then pushing it through the container, which is what makes them so useful for drying things quickly before you need them, but also for storing them for long periods of time without having to worry about water getting into them.

However, adsorption dryers are different from desiccants because they have no salt at all. Instead of pure water being forced through the desiccant container, it absorbs water directly from the air using nothing more than atmospheric pressure!

The advantage of adsorption dryers is that they take very little effort: just filling up a bag with desiccant and pressing down on it (assuming you have some sort of compressor), and filling up an aerosol can with a concentrated de-icing agent (which is usually lime-based) and shaking it until everything falls out. Then you just put your item on your shelf and wait for it to be dried up.

The benefits of using a China advanced adsorption air dryer

Having your adsorption air dryer from the manufacturer up and running can make a huge difference to your bottom line.

Adsorption air dryers are very energy efficient and use about 20% less energy than other types of air dryers that rely on evaporative cooling systems. Adsorption air dryers are also very effective in removing volatiles from a variety of products such as paint, pharmaceuticals, food (including chocolate and yogurt), cosmetics, pet waste, and waste paper.

Adsorption air dryers are also suitable for washing fabrics (i.e., cleaning carpets) because they use less water compared to traditional machines that use water as a solvent or chemical cleanser (which is why they are often referred to as “sewer-cleaning” machines). Adsorption air dryers can also be used in conjunction with wet cleaning machines; however most wet cleaning machines today use an evaporative cooling system instead of an adsorbent system (a type of desiccant).
