Medical molecular sieve oxygen production equipment is a new type of equipment that uses advanced pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to extract oxygen from the air. With empty material and zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, under normal temperature and low pressure, the selective adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen by zeolite molecular sieve and the adsorption capacity increase with the increase of adsorption pressure and decrease with the decrease of adsorption pressure. Adsorb nitrogen under pressure, enrich oxygen, desorb nitrogen under reduced pressure, regenerate molecular sieve and cycle alternately to separate oxygen. The specific working process is that the compressed air enters the adsorption tower through the switching valve after being purified by the air purification dryer. In the adsorption tower, nitrogen is adsorbed by molecular sieve, and oxygen is accumulated at the top of the adsorption tower and then enters the oxygen storage tank. Qualified medical oxygen is obtained after odor removal, dust removal and bacteria removal filtration. The whole oxygen production process is a physical adsorption process without chemical reaction and pollution to the environment.
