Please understand the status of industrial oxygen making equipment during normal operation

1. The power indicator lights up, and the left suction, pressure equalizing and right suction indicators light up circularly to indicate the oxygen generation process.

2. When the left adsorption indicator light is on, the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually increases from the equilibrium pressure during pressure equalization to the maximum, and the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually decreases from the equilibrium pressure during pressure equalization to zero. When the pressure equalizing indicator light is on, the pressure of the left and right adsorption towers will rise and fall gradually to balance the two.

3. When the right adsorption indicator light is on, the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually increases from the equilibrium pressure during pressure equalization to the maximum, and the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually decreases from the equilibrium pressure during pressure equalization to zero.

4. The oxygen outlet pressure indicates the normal gas pressure. The pressure will fluctuate slightly during use, but the change should not be too large.

5. The flow indication of the flowmeter shall be basically stable, and the fluctuation shall not be too large. The indication value of the flowmeter shall not be greater than the rated gas production of the oxygen making equipment from China manufacturer.

6. The indicated value of the oxygen meter shall not be less than the rated purity of the oxygen generating equipment. There may be a little fluctuation, but it shall not fluctuate too much.
